Website enquiries
The enquiry forms send the details you choose to provide to the TIFA Property inbox through our website email provider. Please provide only the information needed for the initial discussion. Do not include a young person's name, full records or unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential property or initial accommodation requirement, prevent misuse of the forms and keep an appropriate business record. We rely on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and, where relevant, legal obligations. It is not sold.
Who receives it and how long it is kept
Authorised TIFA staff and contracted technology providers may process the information for these purposes. Enquiries that do not proceed are normally deleted or anonymised after 24 months unless a legal, safeguarding or dispute-related reason requires longer retention.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing, or raise a concern by contacting us. Where an enquiry concerns a young person, use the secure TIFA Connect route agreed with your organisation rather than this initial enquiry form.
