How TIFA Property works with landlords

TIFA Property works with landlords across South Wales on long-term lease and managed-property arrangements. The scope and responsibilities depend on the model agreed for each property.

Written Agreement

The rent, term, responsibilities, maintenance arrangements, breaks and exclusions are agreed before commencement.

Agreed Rent

Where a lease is offered, payment terms are set out in the signed agreement following property and commercial checks.

Compliance Records

Safety certificates, inspections and actions are recorded, with responsibilities allocated between the parties.

Long-Term Options

We assess homes for longer-term lease or managed-property arrangements rather than short-term holiday letting.

For Landlords

What we can manage

Depending on the agreement, TIFA Property can coordinate compliance records, inspections, maintenance, occupancy and landlord reporting. The contract makes clear what TIFA manages and what remains with the landlord.

  • One named property contact
  • Clear compliance responsibilities
  • Occupancy coordination where included
  • Maintenance process agreed in writing
  • Long-term options, not holiday letting
  • Inspection and condition records
