How availability is checked
TIFA Property works with TIFA Life to assess existing capacity and, where appropriate, source additional accommodation across Wales. Every answer is based on the live position and the individual placement plan.

We do not publish example properties as if they are live vacancies. Property status changes quickly and placement information requires appropriate safeguarding. Submit the required area and needs and the team will confirm the current position directly.
